ph789 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and ph789 ("ph789", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph789.bio (the "Platform" or "Website").

By accessing the ph789 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or betting activity offered through ph789, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the ph789 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

ph789 operates in the Philippines and is subject to the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

To register and maintain an account on ph789, you must meet and continue to meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is strictly enforced. ph789 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age at any time.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf.
3. You must reside in a jurisdiction where access to online casino and gaming services is lawful and not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of ph789 or any of its affiliated entities, licensors, or game providers.
5. You must not have previously been excluded from the ph789 Platform through a self-exclusion request, or suspended or banned by ph789 for any reason.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. ph789 will verify this information as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations.

ph789 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Each Player may maintain only one (1) registered account on ph789. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph789 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and transactions, and forfeit any and all balances held across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph789 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number.
• All activity that occurs on your ph789 account, whether or not you authorized such activity.
• Immediately notifying ph789 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• Ensuring that your registered contact details — including your Philippine mobile number and email address — remain current and accurate at all times.

ph789 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. ph789 support agents will never ask for your password. If anyone claims to be a ph789 agent and requests your password, treat this as a fraudulent attempt and report it immediately.

All financial transactions on ph789 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph789 does not operate in any foreign currency for Philippine-based players.

4.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits may be made via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your ph789 account instantly. ph789 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own fees, for which ph789 accepts no liability.

4.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering ("AML") control. ph789 reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing withdrawals of significant value. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) banking days.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering. ph789 is legally obligated to comply with the Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) as amended, and all related regulations. ph789 will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players who use the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime will have their accounts immediately suspended, funds frozen, and the matter referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

ph789 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made and are incorporated into this Agreement.

The following general conditions apply to all ph789 bonus offers unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the applicable offer terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements — a specified number of times the bonus amount (or the deposit plus bonus amount, as stated per offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wagers; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time, unless ph789 expressly states otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Bonus funds will expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period.
• ph789 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms.

ph789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without notice. Players are responsible for checking the current terms of any active promotion before claiming or relying upon it.

All games available on the ph789 Platform use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology, independently tested and certified for statistical randomness and fairness by recognized testing laboratories. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios operated by licensed game providers.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ph789 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. ph789 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed, confirmed, or settled due to a system error, technical malfunction, or data feed error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's account. Winnings generated from a void bet will not be paid out.

ph789 reserves the right to withhold winnings and/or suspend an account pending investigation if there is reasonable cause to suspect that a game outcome was influenced by technical error, collusion, or any form of cheating. The use of bots, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over ph789 is strictly prohibited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph789 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Accessing ph789 as a minor under the age of 21, or facilitating access to the Platform by any minor.
• Registering or using the Platform on behalf of another person, or using another person's account credentials.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other ph789 process.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the ph789 Platform or any associated infrastructure.
• Using bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated tools or software during gameplay.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud — disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after using the funds on ph789.
• Publishing, distributing, or reproducing any ph789 content, trademarks, or game materials without express written authorization.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph789 staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.

All content on the ph789 Platform — including but not limited to the ph789 name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, graphics, text, images, audio, and video materials — is the exclusive property of ph789 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph789 Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit the reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, commercial exploitation, or creation of derivative works from any ph789 content or materials without the express prior written consent of ph789.

Game content available on the ph789 Platform is owned by and licensed from third-party game providers. Use of any such content outside of the ph789 Platform or in a manner not permitted by this Agreement may constitute an infringement of those providers' intellectual property rights.

ph789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and is strictly prohibited for persons under 21 years of age. ph789 supports PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and complies with all applicable responsible gaming obligations.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ph789 players from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions, after which the session will be automatically terminated.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per period, preventing further gameplay once the limit is reached.

ph789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of this Agreement, ph789's Privacy Policy, or Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period of being notified.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
• Failure to meet ongoing eligibility requirements (e.g., a player's jurisdiction changes to one in which ph789 services are unlawful).
• Request from a competent regulatory authority, including PAGCOR, or a law enforcement agency.
• Detection of a self-exclusion request through a PAGCOR-linked exclusion database.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ph789 account may do so at any time by contacting ph789 customer support. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements.

ph789 reserves the right to retain player account data for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by applicable Philippine financial and anti-money laundering regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph789 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the ph789 Platform.

ph789's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

ph789 does not warrant or represent that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any specific game will be available at any given time.
• The Platform will meet any particular player's expectations, requirements, or preferences.

Nothing in this Agreement limits ph789's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

ph789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act 10173, the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations. The manner in which ph789 handles your personal data is described in full detail in the ph789 Privacy Policy, available at ph789.bio/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the ph789 Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described therein, including for KYC verification, AML compliance, marketing communications (where opted in), and regulatory reporting purposes.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement or the ph789 Platform.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact ph789 customer support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. ph789 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a written complaint from a player.

In the event of a dispute relating to PAGCOR-licensed gaming activities, players may also submit a complaint to the relevant PAGCOR regulatory division in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint handling procedures.

ph789 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, ph789 will endeavor to notify active players through reasonable means — such as a notice displayed upon login or a notification sent to your registered email address or mobile number — prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ph789 Platform after any modification to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. ph789 recommends checking this page at least once every three (3) months to remain informed of the current terms governing your use of the Platform.
